The Smokey Single Malt Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Portside, American Single Malt whiskey

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 0.5 oz maple syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Smoked rosemary sprig for garnish


Instructions:

Stir the whiskey, vermouth, maple syrup, and bitters with ice.

Strain into a coupe glass.

Lightly torch a sprig of rosemary and place it in the glass for a hint of smoke.
